Our work days are from 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday – Friday.

Question: How can I pay?

Answer:

We accept cash, cheques and e-trasfers.

Question: Do you have some examples of your completed projects?

Answer:

Absolutely! We update our Facebook page with ‘before and after’ photos, as well as with fun up-and-coming trends within the design industry. We also update our Instagram page as often as we can.

Question: Will my furniture and floors be protected?

Answer:

Yes! We treat your home as if it were our own. We will cover all furniture with plastic coverings and lay down tarps throughout the spaces that we are working in. We take pride in maintaining a clean work space.

Question: Do I need to be home while you paint?

Answer:

More times than not, our home owners prefer to be at work or out of the house. Your comfort level is all that matters.

Question: What your step-by-step process for a quality painting project?

Answer:

Every project is different but the end results are the same: an even, beautiful finish restoring the surfaces as if they were brand new

-We sand the walls fully prior to painting and between coats of paint to help with adhesion and a smooth finish.
-We include all necessary prep work to restore the appearance of walls prior to painting. 
-We caulk all trim where necessary when trim is included in the scope of work.
-We include a spotless cleanup.

When we are tackling a full home painting project, we typically work from the top down. We aim to complete each area that we start with in the same day. We understand that it is hard to lose space in your home so we make it a priority to get it back to you as soon as we can.

Question: How long will the paint last until I need to get it redone?

Answer:

Benjamin Moore provides a line of quality paints you can rely on for years to come. On average, with proper care, the quality of paint we utilize should last between 5-8 years. Wear and tear is inevitable, but the paint that Benjamin Moore offers is durable, cleanable, and should stay beautiful for quite some time.

We love Benjamin Moore!! Benjamin Moore offers a variety of quality products that range in price. Our initial estimate will include the product that we feel best aligns with your needs and budget. If you would prefer that a different product from Benjamin Moore is used in your home, we are happy to oblige.

Question: What should I do to prepare for the start date?

Answer:

We would ask that you remove anything hanging on the walls and move your belongings approximately three feet toward the centre of the room. If you would like to hang anything on the walls in the same spot, we ask that you please leave the nail or screw in the wall to indicate this. Any other nail or screw holes that you wish to be patched should be removed from the wall prior to the start date. We include all necessary prep work to restore the appearance of the walls prior to painting. This includes repairing all nicks, scratches and holes seen through the course of the project.

Question: What should I do to prepare for an estimate?

Answer:

Give some thought as to whether or not you would like include the ceilings, walls, trim, doors and closets in each space. It would also be helpful to have a rough idea of the colour that you would like to transition to, so that we can get you the most accurate sense for cost. Most initial estimates last around ~30 minutes and are formally delivered through email as soon as possible.

Question: Can you separate the job?

Answer:

Absolutely! Your estimate will include prices for each space separately; providing you with a sense of the cost per space as well as enabling you to secure a project that perfectly fits your budget.

Question: How long will it take for the work to begin?

Answer:

Once we have agreed upon a price, we will book you in for the first opening we have. If there is a specific date that works best for you, we will secure it as soon as possible. If it is urgent, we will do our best to accommodate. In the Spring and Summer please expect a 1-2 month turn-around, as this is our busy season.

Question: When can I book my free estimate?
